Using parts purchased at Home Depot, Zack took apart a Tall Paul Anatomy Mannequin and built the whole thing from scratch. This is how it went down!
And check out the video at 2:22: Zack powers the Maquet Rotaflow pump using an electric hand drill with magnets attached to a plastic disc.

I’d be really keen to swap tips and tricks.
I jerry rigged a similar system using a sim man and attached an home made ultrasoundable cannulation task trainer. We use him for full Insitu simulation from CPR to mechanical CPR progressing to cannulation all the way throug going on pump and trouble shooting.
Have found it so useful in getting the logistics of ECPR right.

This is fantastic!!! I’m super interested in how you made the femoral vessel part of the sim. It looks like some type of muscle?? Let me know because we need to improve ours!!!
